Three years ago, I realised something had to change. I was doing well in my corporate career, but physically and mentally, I wasn’t operating at my best. So I started fixing what I could control—my body, my habits, and how I used my time.
I didn’t quit my job or chase a shortcut. I chose consistency instead.
ANKIT / TF is where that journey lives. It’s not a lifestyle blog. It’s a record of showing up—training, travelling, and building a stronger version of myself alongside a full-time career.
